West Hills English Tudor Kitchen Renovation

An L-shaped corridor style kitchen is a challenge, adding four doors and a chimney only increase the design problems. Incorporating “work stations” into this 1912 English Tudor home solved our kitchen design renovation issues quite successfully. By using creative framing techniques, this kitchen now works splendidly for two innovative cooks!

We created "vignettes" for visual flow - for example, the message/buffet center's focal point is the original leaded glass window. The cook’s station features a custom antiqued hammer copper hood, and ceramic tile medallion. The feature at the baking center is the hand-made copper sink and bold patterns in the granite.

“We are very pleased with the way our new kitchen fits into our home and our lifestyle.” -Joe and Bonnie
