Stanton Street Colonial

When we began the design for this renovation, the client shared that she wanted to open up the kitchen to the rest of the house without losing the traditional feel of the home.

In the end, removing an unused back porch added much-needed square footage to this 1923 Dutch Colonial home. Custom stained glass pocket doors allow for the kitchen to open up into the dining room without losing the original charm. Tile backsplash by Tempest tile and quartersawn oak island anchor and add to the Craftsman style of the home.
